- 1 cup rinsed quinoa.
- 1 1/2 cups water or vegetable broth.
- 1 1/2 cups sauce.
- 1 tablespoon cumin half a kilo of black beans.

How to prepare
- In a medium saucepan, mix the quinoa and water and bring to a boil over high heat.

- Add the black beans, corn, salt, and olive oil, and stir until combined.

- Add water a little at a time and mix until desired consistency.
