Beef enchiladas

the components
- 2 pounds of ground beef

- 20 - 30 corn tortillas
To prepare the sauce
- ¼ c vegetable oil
- ½ c flour
- 1 tablespoon hot pepper powder
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¾ teaspoon komino
- 3 ½ c water
Prepare beef enchilada
- Beef: Cook beef with 3/4 cups of water until tender, Add all the spices , Flour is added at the end and cook a little longer, Take off the fire, Add cheese, mix and set aside.
- Sauce: Add the oil to the saucepan (wait for it to heat up), then add the flour and stir until it does not clump, Then mix the spices, then add the water, Whisk the mixture until smooth and slightly thickened.
- Preparation: Dip the tortillas in the warm sauce, place them in the corn of the pan you will need and then stuff each tortilla with the beef mixture. Once done, add the cheese on top and place in the oven (preheated 350 F) until the cheese melts on top.
