How to prepare

  6. Preheat the oven to 240 degrees Celsius and enter the tray for three to four hours until fully cooked.
  7. Open the foil and add milk, a teaspoon of cumin, salt and a cup of hot water, after about an hour after the groats have absorbed the water, stir well and put the right pepper on top and then put it back in the oven again.
  8. Halfway through the cooking time, add more water if the grits have dried out.
  9. Bring a deep pot and put it on the fire, heat a tablespoon of oil, put the onions and stir a little, then add the right spices and keep stirring.

  17.
